Send Your Enquiry→We estimate the total amount of your order→Buyer Confirmed & Make Payment→We Order from Japan→Japan Ship Out Your Order→Item Arrive in Malaysia→We Post To You →On Your Hand.
* Average order will take 5-10 days to reach you if there’s no out of stock item in your order.
Order mode:
We accept both Pre-order & Released item. If you’re not rush to receive your order, we can combine your order with other’s to save costs. This is useful when you only order 1 CD, you just need to paid 50-70% of the normal international shipping fee.
As the Japan version is better quality and it’s price is much more expensive than Taiwan version, you may request the price of Taiwan version if it’s available..
Item Price:
We sell all item at it listed price. No extra charges for limited edition, and we won’t take away any extra gfit comes with your order. If your item comes with a poster, it will be folded and send to you.
Charges & Delivery:(Below is the charge list apply to all order)
- International Shipping Fee.
- Local POSLAJU FEE from RM 7++. Registered mail for international buyer.
- Agent Fee on purchasing: 10% of agent fee on subtotal (excluding International Shipping Fee).
- Overweight charges of packaging, international shipping or local delivery fee, special packaging instruction (if any).
- Customs and Duty Charges (if any).
* International Shipping fee:
We will not know the actual weight and shipping fee of your order until Japan sent out your item because your item may contains free gift or overweight packaging. This usually happen when you make a pre-order purchase.
All price we gived is just for reference. Below is the estimate International Shipping Charges for your refence。
- 1-2CD from RM 36 ++
- 3-4CD from RM 40-50 ++
- 5-6CD from RM 54-63++
- 7-8CD from RM 73-80++
** Normally there will be no charges for customs duty, so you no need to worry about it.
Special for Glay Fans Malaysia:
We will not charges full 10% agent fee if you’re ordering Glay’s item. We hope all Glay Fans can support original CD and DVD that Glay released. We do purchase from Glay official shop G-Direct.
